Instant Issue

We can instantly issue and activate new or replacement cards at our full-service branches. Your new card will be activated and ready to use immediately.

Personal and business debit cards, HSA debit cards and ATM cards are all part of the Instant Issue program. Your account must be in good standing and current identification is required to get a new card.

Starting January 8, 2025, customers are no longer able to enroll a First Federal Bank & Trust debit card, change a debit card or re-enroll using the Zelle® standalone app. Customers who currently have First Federal Bank & Trust debit card(s) linked in the Zelle® app will no longer be able to use the app after March 31, 2025.

Customers who are already using Zelle with a participating bank do not need to take any action. To continue using the Zelle Payments service, consumers can re-enroll through a participating financial institution.
